Terms & Conditions for The SEO Intensive

By enrolling in The SEO Intensive (“Program”), the student (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by Mandy Ford LLC.

1. Payment & Billing

The Participant agrees to complete all payments associated with the selected payment plan. All payment plans constitute a binding financial agreement with Mandy Ford LLC. Missed, declined, or incomplete payments may result in removal from the Program. Outstanding balances may be sent to collections for enforcement if payment is not completed.

2. No Refunds

The SEO Intensive is a non-refundable 2-week coaching program. Due to the digital nature of the materials and immediate access to Program resources, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

3. No Guarantees of Results

The Program, provided by Mandy Ford LLC, is educational in nature and designed to offer tools, guidance, and support for improving SEO performance. However, no specific rankings, earnings, traffic increases, or business outcomes are guaranteed. The Participant understands that results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors outside of the control of Mandy Ford LLC.

4. Coaching Access

Enrollment includes 30 days of Group Coaching Access from the date of the Program start. This includes access to pre-recorded lessons, live calls, and Q&A hours as outlined in the Program description. Access to coaching calls and the Program portal will automatically expire at the end of the 30-day window.

5. Access to Assets & Downloads

All templates, worksheets, resources, and digital assets included with the Program must be downloaded within the coaching window. Access to materials may not be available after the 30-day period, and extensions are not guaranteed by Mandy Ford LLC.

6. Responsibility & Participation

The Participant is responsible for attending live calls, completing assignments, and implementing the material provided. Mandy Ford LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes and does not complete SEO work on the Participant’s behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are the sole property of Mandy Ford LLC and are provided for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, or transferring materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

8. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in The SEO Intensive, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions set forth by Mandy Ford LLC.
